Nice to meet you!​

 

My name is Isabelle Hofmans and founder of ICON. I started out my career in a law office in Brussels, Altius. I quickly realised law wasn't for me, a lot of research and spending time alone on a desk. ​

 

Evidently I started looking for a career-switch, as where I found my true passion in life: Sales. After 6 months of selling in Belgium mostly B2C/B2B I got the opportunity to move to Lyon, France to start Business Development for Total. I created my own team, gave them product training, sales training and last but not least coached them in becoming the best salesperson they could be.

 

​After my success for Total I started working for different companies to provide them with my services. Travelled across the globe to developing industrial ink ribbons, selling IT solutions and renovation projects. I gained a set of skills that is undeniably game-changing. I realised I wanted to share my skills, an upscale businesses, because let's be honest:
